Cultural and Linguistic Competency & Implicit Bias (CLC/IB)
The California Medical Assocation (CMA) mandates that CME providers make available to planner, faculty, and speakers links to Assembly Bill 1195 and 241.
These laws are to “encourage physicians and surgeons to meet the cultural and linguistic concerns” of California’s diverse patient population when planning and evaluating CME events.
